Home Page   Local News   Local Sports   Community Calendar   Opinion   Editorials   Columns   Letters to the Editor   Archives   News Archives   Sports Archives	1-24-2008 CV-S students are named to three All-County Choruses A number of Cherry Valley- Springfield Central School choral students were recently accepted to All-County groups, including Emily Searles, Maggie Millner, Adeline Schneider, Catherine Fischer, Savannah Crowley, Sara Wilmot, Jonathan Graham, and Matthew Hazzard were accepted to All- County Senior Chorus. The students will perform on March 8 at Unatego High School. Aaron Leentjes, Lizzie Fedourich, Kevin Doubleday, and Rachel Peterson have been selected for All-County Junior Chorus. Emily Searles, Addie Schneider, and Jon Graham were chosen for All-County Jazz Chorus. Both groups will perform on Feb. 2 in Oneonta. Students for both the Senior and Junior Chorus and Jazz Chorus were selected after competitive auditions held at Milford Central School on Nov. 3. Cody Sears, Marlise Schneider, Zane Ashford, Jane Auld, Chelsea Zembower, Emily McDermott, Kaitlyn Webster, Sarah Cook, Jacob Ostrander, Jordan Prime, Isabella Daou, and Frances Bukovsky were accepted to All-County Elementary Chorus. The students were selected by audition at CVS. They will perform with the All- County Elementary Chorus on March 8 at Unatego High School.
